Terms and Conditions (1) Access to and use of this Web site and the products and services available through this Web site are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using this site, you are agreeing to all of these terms, conditions and notices, without modification.
(2) This site is owned by Paul Carter t/a Clickteaching. Our address is Clickteaching, 11a Jew Street, Brighton BN1 1UT. Our VAT number is 889 5346 56.
(3) You may not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from this website, except as permitted by these Terms of Use or under applicable laws.
(4) You are entitled to download, display and use the contents of this website onto your computer screen, to print a hard copy of the contents, and to store such content in digital form for your own PERSONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. Unless you are given permission, you cannot store contents from this website on any external network or intranet.

(7) Nothing on this Web site shall be construed as conferring any license or other rights under the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of Clickteaching, its affiliates or any third party, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. (8) Any information provided to Clickteaching in connection with this Web site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Clickteaching on a non-confidential basis. Clickteaching shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Clickteaching does not accept any responsibility for the content or accuracy of any information submitted by one of our users. Clickteaching does not make any representation or warranty that the information is provided without infringing the rights of any third party. (9) Access to Clickteaching's secure resource section is only provided on the receipt of payment for our annual or monthly subscription charge. If you fail to pay this charge we can, at our discretion, deny you access to the subscription section of Clickteaching. We will not give you advance formal notice and warning of this action. All refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. All annual and monthly subscriptions will be rebilled automatically using the Future Pay system at World Pay unless a cancellation notice has been recieved. World Pay will retain a copy of your credit/debit card details and will use these to the renew your account. If your subscription payment fails or your card has expired and you are unable to update your card details with World Pay you have the option to make an one-off payment to extend your subscription.
(10) You need to ensure that your account is cancelled before the renewal date if you do not wish for your account to be renewed. You can cancel at anytime and still access the resources until the renewal date of your account. Accounts can be cancelled by logging into the World Pay customer service system or by emailing your cancellation request to info@clickteaching.com. Accounts will only be deemed to be cancelled when you have recieved a confirmation email of the cancellation from both World Pay and Clickteaching.
(11) You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within seven days of your payment as long as you have not logged into the member's section during this period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to info@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within seven days of your payment and have not logged into your account in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the seven day period are at the discretion of the management.
(12) Access to our secure section is by username and password (supplied to you when subscribing). This is personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third-party. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent any third-party from accessing your username and password. If you disclose your username and password to another person to allow them to access Clickteaching, then your access may be terminated.
(13) Clickteaching reserves the right to terminate your access to this Web site, and to remove any user-created content, at any time, without cause or notice. Clickteaching also reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time, without notice, and you hereby agree to be bound by such changes.
